The Calm Before The Storm

So first, an apology.

I haven’t posted in a while and I’m sorry. There is no excuse. I live in a city of 1.1 million people so there is more than enough opportunities to take some street photographs.

So I thought it was about time I got out there and took some pictures!

And as usual, Birmingham never lets me down when it comes to capturing the Second City’s ‘finest’. This series of images was taken before the Christmas market arrived in town and before the temperature plummeted into single figures. My favourite image of the series has to be the first one of the two ladies who are dressed to kill in the middle of the day. Even amongst the daily rush, there is always time for glamour !

As for this blog, again apologies for the lack of content. I promise that I will update a lot more frequently in 2017 but for now enjoy this series and I’ll see you next year, either on here or in my viewfinder !
